Having been on the end of too many conversations where the workplace has negatively impacted on people, Emma is on a mission to change the world of work so that everyone can thrive.
Passionately believing that no one should go home from work worse than when they arrived, Emma explored neuroscience as a means to understand more about why people behave the way they do. Combining her experiences across a 16 year career in HR with a Certificate in Applied Neuroscience, and as a Certified One of many ® coach and Brain and Behaviour Change Practitioner, she is helping women in leadership to sustainably pursue what they really want, believing that in doing so, the potential change for everyone is immense.
She lives in Chartham, Kent, with her husband and 3 year old daughter, who’s a daily reminder to find magic in the ordinary, to sing even when someone’s looking and to celebrate yourself without reservation.
